Battle for Asgard

We will listen to the wind
We will feel to the sea
Ready to die
The path ended for me
We feel fatality
Hear my cry
Our weapons are steeped the light
The sun floods our earths
Why do I fight?
This is my site
No one will take away

Battle of Asgard
We are mortal souls
To rage and fire
Sent by the gods (x2)

Now we can't afford to fail
We can't afford to say I can no more!
And now I begin to change
My honor and my friends
This is the first
Our weapons are steeped light
The sun floods our earths
Why do I fight?
This is my site
No one will take away

Battle of Asgard
We are mortal souls
To rage and fire
Sent by the gods (x2)

Our weapons are steeped light
The sun floods our earths
Why do I fight?
This is my site
No one will take away

Battle of Asgard
We are mortal souls
To rage and fire
Sent by the gods

Battle of Asgard
I dont care the death
My life make sense
Only for you (x2)

Wolin Viking funeral in honor Ulf-Eirik Jarl (Jomsvikings)

In June 2013 they met in Wolin (Poland) the Brotherhood of Jomsborg with many friends from various countries to present their farewell wishes to Jarl Ulf-Eirik.

The fallen Jarl of the Jomsvikings, it was Ulf Eirik's vision which started the Brotherhood of Jomsborg. The Miklagard Ulflag is named after our great Jarl who now resides in Valhalla, following his legacy and ensuring his spirit on Midgard continues to inspire young and old.

His combination of great vision and charisma brought together men and women from around the world and inspired them to build a brotherhood that will endure. He is our eternal lord and it is in his name that we fight, drink and train. It is his spirit for exploration and adventure that drives us to ever greater horizons!

To have clashed steel with Ulf Eirik was to fight one of the great masters of our age, his swordsmanship was that of brilliance. Technical and treacherous, the blade of Ulf Eirik will forever be remembered as legendary, beyond measure of mortal man.

In June 2013, the Brotherhood of Jomsborg together with friends from close and distant shores have come together in Wolin (Poland), to the home of the Jomsviking to present their farewell wishes to Ulf Eirik.

Ulf Eirik was the first Jarl of Jomsborg and one of the founders of the era of the modern viking on a global scale. The send off ceremony saw brothers from Texas, Canada, Germany, France, Poland, Sweden, England, Russia and other lands come together to awaken the slumbering Norse Gods so that the fallen Jarl could cross Bifrost and enter Odin's hall. A formal Norse and Slavic ceremony took place with and several offerings and sacrifices being made followed by the burning of a longship.

This surreal moment will stay forever engraved in the memories of those in attendance despite the heavy partying and reveling that ensued. Later in the night, a heavy thunderstorm roared and rain poured as the Gods were raging with anger at the Norns for their mischievous weaving and cried for they had not seen such a worthy man, entering Valhalla for a thousand years. When dawn came and the fire grew cold, the ashes were gathered and burried beneath a rune stone specially carved in remembrance of the formidable character Ulf Eirik had been.
